New Heights Baptist Church

We invite YOU to be a part of a new and growing church in our community here in Southeastern Aurora. We are here for the following reasons:

1. Purpose:

To worship our God and bring glory to Him in our time of close fellowship, singing, and gathering around God's word. Our purpose is to bring God glory – the only real purpose that should drive a church is that of giving God glory (Revelation 4:11) through the spreading of the truth as found in the word of God – Psalm 138:2b says "…for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name."

2. Message:

To offer and present the hope of eternal life, and a NEW life through Jesus Christ…an ETERNAL peace with God!

3. Goal:

To establish an Independent Bible Believing (AV 1611) Baptist Church where you, the believer, can be built up, trained, encouraged, receive Bible – based preaching (not based on man's opinion but God's word, the Bible – KJB), and deep Bible teaching that will help you be the person that God desires you to be. We believe in personal and pointed preaching that "Tells It Like It Is" so that you can truly grow in the knowledge AND grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are interested in making you a disciple for Jesus Christ and seeing you grow in the Lord. Although we do want to see our church grow numerically, we are more concerned with your personal growth and walk with Jesus Christ. This offers a place where families can be sent out to go preach and teach others also – this is the Great Commission that our Savior left for His church – "Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel…"

4. Outreach:

To affect lives, restore families, and bring truth to our community by showing them that they too can be fulfilled by knowing the true God…that they too can reach NEW HEIGHTS for JESUS CHRIST.
